Today in China

I habitually cooked Mexican food in Chicago and I have been going through serious withdrawals since arriving in China. I thought that the tacos in Hawaii were great, but I have never been big on fruit salsa on fish. My first go at tacos in China came in the form of veggies in a wok. They don’t look like much, but holy shit they were amazing. My next challenge is cheddar cheese and hot sauce. Either way they were glorious and I am looking forward to having some of the other teachers over for a taco and tequila night.
